The Project
Prior to this project, small scale developers avoided the North Park neighborhood. Existing market rental comps were virtually half of what this project rented for at initial lease-up. Surrounding property owners took notice and began investing in their single family homes and under-performing multi-family properties. Developers also took notice, spurring a mini building boom in the neighborhood.
